Noor Associates carried out a total revamp of the Dewan Hattar Cement Ltd. plant. The whole process was carefully designed and supervised under the watchful eye of our expert architects, planners and engineers.
The project included the development of a modern explosive store at the quarry, building to house the main crusher plant, material transportation system and internal road network, a large overhead reservoir, boundary wall with watch and ward system, and repair and reinforcement of kiln supports. Moreoever, the construction of a modern o ce and laboratory complex, buildings for new pack houses, mosques, playground and rest houses with dining facility was also undertaken.
